Will you tell me if my roof only needs a repair?
Yes. If a repair will fix the problem, that is what we recommend. We suggest a full roof replacement only when the damage or the age of the roof calls for it, and we explain why.
Will I see photos of the damage you find?
Yes. We photograph what we find during the free inspection and go over the photos with you, so you can see the condition of your roof for yourself before you decide anything.
How do you protect my yard, and what does cleanup look like?
We tarp the landscaping and cover the AC unit before tear off starts. When the roof is done we haul off all of the debris and run a magnetic sweep over the yard and driveway to pick up nails.
How soon can you start after I sign?
Usually within 3 days to a week, depending on weather and material delivery. Most homes are finished in one day once we start. If your roof is leaking in the meantime, we tarp it.
Can you replace a roof that has solar panels?
Yes. We work with solar panels all the time. Our own crew removes the panels, replaces the roof, and puts them back.
